There is a long-standing tradition of use for digestive aids, also known as digestifs when tinctured in alcohol, including digestive bitters. Directions:

Recommended intake as an adult food supplement: 20 drops in a little water, three times daily, shortly before main meals or as needed.  Maximum 60 drops a day.
